CSL Pro (formerly Carlson Sound & Light) began with a simple idea: live events deserve great production.
CSL Pro is a family-owned and operated production company built on a passion for live events and quality production. Brandon and Crystle Carlson founded CSL Pro in 2007, growing what began as a small operation into a full production company supporting concerts, festivals, corporate events, and community celebrations throughout Southern Oregon. With years of hands-on experience in audio, lighting, and stage setup, the Carlson family has built CSL Pro into a trusted audio-visual partner for many of Oregon’s top fairs, festivals, and large-scale events.
CSL Pro is proudly based in Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley, supporting events throughout the region with professional audio-visual production and technical expertise.
From the beginning, the goal has been simple: deliver reliable production and exceptional service for every client. Whether it’s renting a single microphone or designing a full stage and lighting system for a major event, the CSL Pro team focuses on making the technical side of events feel effortless. His attention to detail and technical expertise help ensure each event looks as good as it sounds.

Acaycia is often the first voice clients hear when they contact CSL Pro. She keeps the office running smoothly by coordinating calls, scheduling, and helping clients connect with the right member of the team. Friendly, organised, and always ready to help, Acaycia plays an important role in keeping day-to-day operations moving efficiently.

Austen oversees the planning and coordination of CSL Pro’s corporate and professional events. Working closely with clients and production crews, he helps ensure every event runs smoothly from initial planning through to execution. With a strong understanding of live production and event logistics, Austen helps turn complex event setups into seamless experiences.
